We will look at the Equality Act 2010 and look at the requirements of educational settings to provide reasonable adjustments for individuals. The aim of this course is to support participants to understand the different senses and the importance of these on our bodies. We will learn about Sensory seeking and avoidance behaviours in children and strategies to support them, with a range of practical advice and tips to try at home, school or in the community.

This workshop will support parents and cares to understand the legal process of EHCP annual reviews. We look at what the process is, timescales, legal obligations, who does what and when. We also look how you can engage with this process as a family.
